Advanced software products
Atomic Engineering Corp. (AEC) has developed a family of computer database, management system, software system integration and intelligent system for scientific and industrial applications.AEC's software can interface with wide range of instruments. The laboratory users can use it to integrate, combine and manage a host of laboratory instruments. It can be used to identify unknowns independent from precalibrations made with laboratory instruments. Thus it can be used for real-time calibration and field decision-making. Subsequently, these solutions not only can cut the cost and saving time but also can enhance the quality of the results.
Product Lines and Features
AEC's software products consist of databases (available for DOS and Windows NT), database management systems (available for DOS), expert systems (available for OS/2 and/or Windows NT).
How Do AEC's Products Work?
- Conversion Utilities: Instantaneous and painless conversion of spectra data to AEC's format from any source: paper, disk, or sensors.
- Calibration Procedure for Laser Induced Effects: We have developed a calibration procedure for non-LTE laser induced effects. The calibration procedure combines modeling with experimental measurement.
- Calibration for optogalvanic effect: Laser Induced Optogalvanic Wavelength Calibration and Identification.
- Identification of spectral peaks: using AEC's scientifically developed algorithms.
- Identification of the species, element or molecule based on a huge database of known spectral lines taken from sources such as ACS's reference standard books of atomic energy levels and current published papers, as well as from the data archive at the National Solar Observatory at Tucson, Arizona, U.S.A., and other sources.
AEC's products and services have been demonstrated successfully in the following areas of application: publications and demonstration.
